PROMA PRO MBR™ XD Liquid Waterproofing Membrane - 4L

PRO MBR _ PRO MBR unoccupied spaces. PRO MBR _ PRO MBR XD is ready to use and can be easily applied with a roller, brush or trowel.

• For waterproofing under tile and stone floors, walls and ceilings in institutional, commercial and residential interior and exterior installations;
• Use in damp locations, such as bathtub and shower enclosures, kitchens and preparation areas, laundry rooms, and balconies or patios above unoccupied spaces;
• Suitable for submerged applications, such as swimming pools, spas, whirlpools, fountains and water features (indoor application only);
• Use in steam baths when used in conjunction with a vapor barrier membrane (refer to the TCNA manual, sections SR613 and SR614);
• Along with the synthetic reinforcement net where the PROMA reinforcement fabric , insulates flat shrinkage cracks up to 3 mm (1/8″) wide;
• Compatible with all polymer-modified mortars;
• Premixed paste ready to use and easy to apply with a roller, brush or trowel;
• Quick-drying formula allows for faster installation of tile and stone;
• Classified as suitable for very heavy use;
• Adheres to properly prepared stainless steel, metal and ABS drain assemblies;
• Is not conducive to the development of bacteria or mold;
• No VOCs;
• Low odor and non-flammable;
• Exceeds ANSI A118.10 requirements for thin, load-bearing waterproofing;
• Exceeds ANSI A118.12 requirements as a crack barrier when used in conjunction with synthetic reinforcement net where the reinforcement fabric from PROMA ;
• Contributes to achieving LEED ^® objectives and requirements.
